1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Liontude, LLC makes Cocolor and is responsible for the personal data it handles. Liontude, LLC is a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1319 N University Dr #118, Coral Springs, FL 33071, United States ("Liontude", "we", "us", "our").

This policy covers the Cocolor game for iPhone and Android. It explains what the app collects, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it.

Questions and requests go to info@liontude.com. Section 15 (Contact) has every channel.

2. The short version

3. Definitions

TermMeaning
AppThe Cocolor game for iPhone and Android.
AccountThe record we keep so the App can recognize you. It is created automatically and is anonymous until you sign up.
ProfileThe details stored with your Account: username, email, country, sign-up date and whether the Account is anonymous.
Game ResultsThe record of each game you finish: the secret combination, your guesses and the clues, level, score, time, whether you won, the date and your Account ID.
LeaderboardThe global ranking per level that every player can see in the App.
Advertising IDThe identifier your phone's operating system provides for advertising: IDFA on iPhone, the advertising ID on Android.

4. What we collect

4.1 Your Account

Every player has an Account, even without signing up. When you first open the App, it creates an anonymous Account with a random Account ID. It holds no name or email address.

If you sign up, we collect what the sign-up method gives us:

We store these in your Profile, together with the date you signed up.

4.2 Your games

We save every game you finish to your Account, whether it is anonymous or not. Each Game Result holds the secret combination, your guesses, the clues, the level, your score, the time you took, whether you won and the date. The App uses them to show your records.

4.3 The Leaderboard

Your username, country, score and time are visible to other players when one of your games places on the Leaderboard of its level. The Leaderboard shows the top 50 per level.

4.4 Information the App's software collects automatically

The App includes software from other companies. It collects some information on its own when you use the App:

4.5 What we do not collect

The App does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. It has no chat or messaging between players. It sells nothing, so we hold no payment information. It does not send app events to Meta, and it does not ask to track you.

5. Why we use it

6. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data for money. We share it with these recipients only:

Google's, Apple's and Meta's own policies apply to the data they handle when you sign in with them: https://policies.google.com/privacy, https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.

7. Ads and tracking

Ads in the App are never personalized. Every ad request is marked as directed to children. Google does not use it to show you ads based on what you do in other apps or websites.

The App does not track you. It does not ask for permission to track on iPhone, and it does not use your Advertising ID to follow you across other companies' apps or websites.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, as US state privacy laws define those terms.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your Account, Profile, Game Results and Leaderboard entries while you play. If you do not open the App for 24 months, we delete your Account and all of that data. If you delete your Account earlier, Section 9 (Deleting your account and your data) applies.

Google keeps analytics, crash and advertising information for the periods its services set.

9. Deleting your account and your data

The "Delete account" button in the App deletes everything we hold about your Account. You find it in your profile. It deletes your sign-in, your Profile, your Game Results and your Leaderboard entries, and starts you on a new anonymous Account.

Without the App, email info@liontude.com with the subject "Delete my Cocolor data". Include the email address and username of your Account so we can find it. We delete the same data within 30 days and confirm by email.

10. Your rights

10.1 Everyone

You can ask us at info@liontude.com to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it (Section 9, Deleting your account and your data) or to send you a copy. We may ask you to confirm you own the Account before we act.

10.2 If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect what we did before. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office.

You do not have to give us your email or name: the App works with an anonymous Account. If you do not sign up, you do not appear under a username on the Leaderboard.

10.3 If you are in the United States

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access, correct and delete it; to get a copy; and to opt out of its sale, of sharing for targeted advertising and of profiling. We do none of those three (Section 7, Ads and tracking).

Categories we collect (in the terms of California law): identifiers (email, Account ID, Advertising ID, IP address); personal details you give us (name or username); internet or other electronic activity (App usage and Game Results); approximate location derived from the IP address. We collect them from you, from your device and from the sign-in provider you choose. We do not collect sensitive personal information.

You or an authorized agent can make a request at info@liontude.com. We verify the request against the Account before acting. If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the subject "Appeal"; we answer the appeal within the time your state's law sets. We do not treat you differently for using these rights.

11. Where your data is processed

Liontude is in the United States, and so are Google, Apple and Meta. Your data is processed in the United States and in the other countries where those companies operate.

When our providers receive data from the EEA or the UK, they do so under the safeguards in their data processing terms: standard contractual clauses, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at info@liontude.com.

12. Children

Cocolor is for players of every age, including children under 13, and we treat every player as a child. Ads are not personalized, the App does not track anyone, and it sends nothing to Meta unless someone signs in with Facebook.

Playing never requires an account with a name or email. Signing up is optional. If you are under 13, ask a parent before you sign up.

Parents can review or delete their child's data. Email info@liontude.com with the email address or username of the Account. We answer within 30 days, and you can also use Section 9 (Deleting your account and your data).

13. Security

Data travels between the App and our providers over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

14. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top and publish the new version at the same address. If a change adds a new kind of data, a new purpose or a new recipient, it applies only to data collected after the change. Where the law requires your consent, the App asks for it before the change applies.
